State Board of Directors
The California Mathematics Council is led by a State Board of Directors and a State Board Committee, bringing together elected officers, committee chairs, partner representatives, and volunteers from across the state.
The California Mathematics Council (CMC) State Board of Directors serves as the organization’s governing body. The Board is composed of both:
State Elected Officers – elected by the full CMC membership.
Section Elected Boards – elected within each of CMC’s three sections (North, Central, and South).
Together, these elected leaders guide the vision, policies, and direction of CMC.

STATE BOARD COMMITTEE
In addition to the State Board of Directors, CMC’s state leadership team also includes Appointed Committee Chairpersons and Partner Representatives. Together, these leaders provide direction, expertise, and collaboration to advance CMC’s mission.
Below you’ll find a list of CMC’s standing committees with their current chairs, as well as our partner representatives. Beyond these leadership roles, many dedicated volunteers also serve on committees, contributing their time and expertise to support the ongoing work of the organization.
